1. Site name

3. Macro Site-If proposed then check pole

4. no. of Floor

5. Occuparacy details means Shop name,or any room name

6.Cover details which is covered by our Equipment

7.Indoor rack space

8.Power taping-32ams

After Survey just send the report..As collected survey report planning team will decide no. of antenna,RRH etc..

Why Reliance Jio not connected with Multiband combiner:

Because there is a lot of loss through this multiband combiner & Signal passes through Co-axial cable but we are using CIPRI Optical cable. In CIPRI cable loss is less compare to  co-axial cable. As per guide lines of NHQ output from antenna should be 12db ,if we will use Multiple operator combiner then due to co-axial cable ,we can not get 12 db output through antenna.
